Interview with Richard Jack, Director at Build Test Solutions (UK), recorded during the AIVC Conference in Dublin. Richard presents the Pulse Test, an innovative airtightness measurement system developed at the University of Nottingham.
Unlike the traditional blower door method, the Pulse works at low pressure (4 Pa), closer to real building conditions. It has already been used in more than 80,000 measurements across the UK, especially in retrofit projects, and is becoming an important tool for ventilation design and energy efficiency.
